Graphs are not showing in "Clarity"

Hi,
I m using Fast ESP 5.0.9 its wotking fine but there are some query with "clarity".In clarity-graph vies are not shwing.I have already follows the steps which are mantioned in pdf file (using third party tool - "rrdtool" but not done.

If anyone have experience related to clarity,Pls share with me.

The ESP Operations Guide.pdf should get you started.
Also worth checking with FAST if there is a patch or service pack for Clarity that you do not have.
